Radial Design Project

In this design class, students explored the fundamentals of abstract art by creating dynamic radial compositions. Using templates, rulers, and traditional pen-and-ink techniques, they combined organic and geometric shapes to develop intricate designs. The projects emphasized the balance between positive and negative space, as well as the use of overlapping forms and visual texture to add depth and complexity.
