Artists Awarded at High School Invitational

Congratulations to Newark High School Artists for their award winning entries at the Kendall County Forest Preserve High School Invitational! Jake Spraggon was awarded Best of School with his colored pencil drawing. Dakota Flowers was awarded Judge's Choice for her pencil drawing. Special Thanks to all who participated: Janet Verda, Kyle Kozlowski, Ondrej Sulc, Jessie Fruland, Kayla Compton, and Max Spaeth. 
The show will run through February at the Olde Courthouse Gallery 110 West Madison Street, Yorkville. Five area high schools, including Newark High School, have artwork exhibited.
